Cancellation

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we require 24 hours notice.

Appointments cancelled or rescheduled in less than the required time will be billed at 100%.

Late arrivals will result in a shortened appointment.

Appointments booked for the same day are considered confirmed and cannot be cancelled without being billed in accordance with our cancellation policy.

Payment

We accept Visa, MC, Amex and cash.

There is a $3 service fee for all credit cards charges.

About Packages

Packages expire one year from date of purchase.

Packages are not transferable.

No Refunds.

Health History

You are responsible for providing accurate health information, as well as updating LYT therapists about any changes while under our care.

Consent

You must be 18 years or older to schedule an appointment or be accompanied by parent or legal guardian.
